We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, providing patient care and assisting in the rehabilitation process for clients based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Full Circle Pediatric Therapy, Inc. provides Physical and Occupational Therapy services to children ages infant to 21 years of age in a familiar and comfortable setting like the family's home or in a convenient community location, like a child's daycare, or even at a local YMCA or library.
Responsibilities Physical Therapist:
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and therapeutic techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Responsibilities of Physical Therapy Assistant:

- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and therapeutic techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued progress at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
- Strong patient care skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy
- In-depth knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
Requirements
Qualifications: (Physical Therapist)
- Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid NC state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid NC state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
