Company History
Infinity Rehab is a leading provider of sub-acute
rehab programs throughout Oregon, Washington,
Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, North Dakota and
Alaska. We currently serve over 200 facilities in these
states. Formed in 1999, we specialize in providing
clinically intensive Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology in skilled
nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings.
